You use a full tray of 6 cubes to make one smoothie, which is a 16onuce cup, or 465ml.

It is important to use exactly 250 ml of liquid to make a smoothie or frappe. QB will provide you with a plastic 250ml measuring cup. We encourage your staff to use this measuring cup to measure the liquid instead of free pouring liquid directly into the blender jug.

Each serve makes the equivalent of 16 ounces or 475 ml – an adult sized glass or bowl serving. Remember no waste!

Each box contains 12 x smoothies of the same flavour.
